2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66C and 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is of cheating the innocent people by opening fake accounts and preparing fake A.T.M. Cards.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32144 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/3 the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is languishing in judicial custody since 17.01.2024 without any rhymes or reason. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner was caught on spot and on search, two mobiles with inserted four SIMS, one A.T.M. Card, cash Rs. 20,000/-, three passbooks in the name of different persons and photocopy of scree-shot of mobile in 53 pages were recovered from the possession of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner is indulged in cyber crime. The allegation is serious in nature and thus, the petitioner does not deserve bail.
6. Having heard rival contention of both the parties and considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also taking into account the period of custody of the

No.32144 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 3/3 petitioner and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024.
