JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-12-2018 Petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction upon the respondent University to reconstitute the Managing Committee of Choudhary Charan Singh College, Rajpur, Rohtas.

The petitioner has not able to make out any case with reference to any right. Other than there being allegation regarding financial mismanagement in the said college, nothing has been placed on record.
