The writ application seeks a direction commanding the respondent Executive Officer, Patna Municipal Corporation ( for short 'the Corporation') to take appropriate steps/action with respect to unauthorized /illegal construction over the land by the respondent. In my view, the petitioner should file a complaint before the respondent- Corporation for registering the Vigilance case if the facts disclosed therein constitute such case and
