In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 376/511, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the petitioners have teased the daughter-in-law of the Informant. When the Informant and his family members came to his house, his daughter-in-law narrated the entire story to them. Thereafter, the Informant went to the house of the accused persons to esquire into the matter, instead of repenting, they assaulted him by fists and slaps.

No.43239 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.

If the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and pray for bail, the court below will consider the same and pass orders on the same day of their appearance without being prejudiced by this order. (Shivaji Pandey, J) rishi/- U T
