The present application has been filed for modification
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32869 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 application of order dated 23.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20779 of 2022, to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No.438 of 2021, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M- IX, Saran at Chapra, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
The order dated 23.08.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
