2. Supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2, relating to the issue raised by the petitioner in his rejoinder. Copy of the same has already been served on learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. From the same it transpires that all admissible dues, in terms of the grievance raised by the petitioner, relating to retirement benefits, have been paid. In fact, learned counsel for the State submitted that even with regard to A.C.P., which is not a retrial benefit matter, the authorities have paid the difference. He, thus, took a categorical stand that nothing further remains to be paid on

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
