It was a simple case of demarcation of the land for which the provisions of the Bengal Survey Act was invoked by the petitioner. The D.C.L.R. as well as the Divisional Commissioner did not find any merit in the case of the petitioner and rejected the application/appeal.
Patna High Court CWJC No.13237 of 2013 (2) dt.14-03-2016 Counsel for the petitioner states that he shall invoke the jurisdiction of the appropriate authority/forum for redressal of the grievance in accordance with law.
