2nd Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General in which it has been stated that due to inadvertence, Speed Post number with regard to copy of the D.C.R. Gratuity Payment Order being sent to the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned, both in the counter affidavit as well as in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on his behalf earlier. However, unconditional apology has been tendered for such lapse. Accepting the same, the Court does not propose to proceed further against him in the said matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12251 of 2015 dt.19-01-2016 2/2 Thus, to facilitate matters, learned counsel for the respondent no. 12 has handed over the petitioner's copy to the learned counsel appearing on his behalf in the Court today. It is submitted that the copy to the Treasury Officer has already been received by him.

In view of the aforesaid, let the petitioner complete the required formalities before the Treasury Officer within one week from today and thereafter the Treasury Officer shall ensure that actual payment is made to the petitioner within the next one week.

It would be open to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent no. 4 with regard to any error either in the calculation or any payment having been left out by the Department. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the respondent no. 4 shall look into the same and dispose it off by a reasoned order within two weeks thereafter. If further payments are required to be made pursuant to the decision of the respondent no. 4 on the representation of the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to her within the next three weeks.

The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
