2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8787 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 Nos. 2 to 10, vide order dated 16.01.2020 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 2143 of 2020 in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and take steps for early disposal of the case.
