The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of recovery of arms and other articles from the possession of accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no recovery of arms from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioner. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

From perusal of the para-3 of the petition, it appears

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39582 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 that the petitioner is having three criminal antecedents, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
