1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University.

2. The issue with regard to the selection of the petitioner under Career Advancement Scheme is pending for consideration for the last six years. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the University was required to provide the break up of the interview marks obtained by the petitioner but the respondents have not supplied to him as yet. He submits that the break up of the marks granted by the individual expert may explain how the petitioner was excluded from the zone of selection.

3. At this stage, Court refrains from granting any

Patna High Court CWJC No.2278 of 2012(7) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 indulgence by issuing any positive direction for the consideration of the case of petitioner for grant of promotion under Career Advancement scheme. However, if the petitioner represent the University for suppling of the individual break up of the marks granted to the petitioner in the interview and the breaks of the academic marks along with the copy of this order, the University is required to provide the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, if the work-sheet awarding individual marks granted by experts are available.

4. With the aforesaid the writ petitioner stands disposed of.
