2. The present writ petition has been filed for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6994 of 2026(2) dt.05-05-2026 2/3 following relief/s:- "I. To direct the respondent authorities for payment of due arrears of salary for the November 2023 to till date which has not been paid as yet despite the fact that regular work is being taken by the petitioners.

II. To direct the respondent authorities for payment of entire due arrears of salary with appropriate interest including current salary. III. For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for grant of any other relief's to which the petitioner may be found entitled under the facts & circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that a direction may be given to the petitioners to file a fresh representation for fulfillment of their grievances before the competent authority i.e. the District Magistrate, Samastipur.

4. As such, in the light of the submissions made, the petitioners are hereby directed to file fresh representation along with a copy of this order before the District Magistrate, Samastipur (Respondent no.4) within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the same, the Respondent no.4 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioners' fresh
