2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Piyar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025 lodged on 24.10.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 80 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against five named accused persons including the present petitioners. It has been alleged by the informant that all the accused persons have killed his sister due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31387 of 2026(3) dt.17-07-2026 2/3 petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that the husband of the deceased has already surrendered before the trial court and he is in judicial custody since 13.04.2026, as mentioned in para 13 of the present bail application. Counsel further submits that petitioner no. 1 is married nanad of the deceased, petitioner no. 2 is father in law of the deceased and petitioner no. 3 is mother in law of the deceased. The defence has been taken that the husband and wife were living separately from other family members and the informant was mislead by enemies and therefore, he has lodged the present case and subsequently, he realized and taken steps in this regard. He further submits that the petitioners have clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners but fairly submits that as per para 13 of the present bail application, it has been pleaded that the husband of the deceased has already surrendered before the trial court and he is in judicial custody since 13.04.2026.

6. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31387 of 2026(3) dt.17-07-2026 3/3 Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-10 (East) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Piyar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
