In a representative capacity, the writ application is filed to object the construction of the School building by the respondents over a piece of land which is claimed as a road of the village. Such grievance, if any, ought to have been raised before the concerned authority for taking effective steps if the allegations are true.
The writ application is disposed of permitting the
Patna High Court CWJC No.25745 of 2013 (2) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the respondentCollector, Gopalganj (respondent no.2) as well as the Chairman Upgraded Middle School, Samudayik Bhawan (Respondent no.7) for redressal of his grievance. If any such application is filed, the same shall receive due consideration and disposal at the hands of the concerned respondents.
