Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Lalit Narayan Mithila University has issued notification on 6.1.2018 in the light of the order passed 24.4.2017 in CWJC No. 13108 of 2016 and the order passed on 12.7.2017 in CWJC No. 2826 of 2000, whereby the University has decided to validate the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7358 of 2012 dt.06-08-2018 2/2 result of B.Ed. Examination of 1985-86 to 1996-97 sessions of S.Wakil Ahmad Teachers Training College, Murgiyachak, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned to pass appropriate order in the light of the recent notification of L.N.Mithila University. The authority is required to pass appropriate order in the light of the notification dated 6.1.2018 within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
