Petitioner seeks modification of the order, dated 10.04.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21775 of 2019. He submits that in the bail application, instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in the prayer portion, it was typed as Sessions Judge, Siwan, which was an inadvertent error, which he seeks correction by way of this modification application. Considering the submission by the petitioner, in the present application, the order, dated 10.04.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21775 of 2019 is modified that instead of learned Sessions Judge, Siwan, it would be read as learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

The modification application is allowed and the order,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25890 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 dated 10.04.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21775 of 2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.
