The contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 20.09.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17269 of 2012.

In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties, it is stated that all the death-cum- retiral dues, as directed by the said order, have already been paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not deny the aforesaid statement, except to state that under the Circular, there is a provision for payment of interest @ 5% on the death-cum-retiral dues.

Patna High Court MJC No.6425 of 2013 (3) dt.15-09-2016 I do not find any such direction in the order under contempt.
