2. In this case on 24.10.2024, the petitioner sought and was granted adjournment.

3. On 21.11.2024, while issuing notice to Opposite Party No.2, the Co-ordinate Bench granted interim protection to the petitioner.

4. As per office notes dated 03.01.2025, petitioner chose not to file any requisites for issuance of notice to Opposite Party No.2.

5. The petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 22.12.2022 refusing to discharge the petitioner for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32187 of 2023(4) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 offence under sections 323, 341, 420 of the IPC by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bagaha, West Champaran in Complaint Case No. 140/2013.

6. It seems that the petitioner has lost his interest in the case. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non prosecution.

7. The interim protection granted on 21.11.2024 stands vacated.
