2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305 of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, some unknown miscreants have stolen away cash of Rs.55,000/- along with some ornaments while breaking the locks of the house informant as well as her tenant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has not named in the FIR. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33383 of 2026(2) dt.19-05-2026 2/2 his name figured only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Satyam Kumar and Bittu Kumar @ Bittu Yadav. Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2025.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Munger in connection with Purabsarai P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025.
