The learned single Judge has dismissed the writ application on the ground that an old and stale claim of 20 years and that too on a confused kind of relief and prayer was made before the Bench. Dismissal of the writ application, therefore, in such a situation cannot be said to be either misplaced or erroneous which is required to be rectified.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
