2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for direction to the concerned Respondent to pay the compensation for the Homestead land in the light of letter no. 37 dated 9.1.2016 issued by the Respondent concerned determining the rate of Rs.2,32,58,760/- (Two crore thirty two lac fifty eight thousand seven hundred sixty rupees only) for the homestead land as per section 26 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 together with

Patna High Court CWJC No.896 of 2017(4) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 other benefits provided under the Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of his grievance.

4. The State has no objection.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. Needles to say that any fresh representation preferred by the petitioner shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
