JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Stat as well as the informant. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Marhowrah (Gaura O.P.) P.S. Case No.333 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim was daughter-in-law of the petitioners. Allegation has been made that victim has died due to throttling and this fact has been supported by the postmortem report. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
