Petitioner retired from the post of Demonstrator on 30.11.2008 in the Department of Psychology from K.R. College, Gopalganj. Petitioner in the writ application claims for Group Insurance with 121⁄2 % compound interest to U.G.C. revised salary difference from April 1997 to December 2005 which relates to J.P. University, Chapra and,

01.01.1986 to December, 1989.

(ii) I.R. from June 1983 to December, 1985.

(iii) D.D.A. from April 01.01.1990 to October 1992 with 9% interest.

(iv) H.R.A.

(v) Group Insurance with 121⁄2% compound interest amount, which has been related to B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation with regard to his claims before the respondent no. 5, the Registrar, J.P. University, Chapra and before the respondent no. 7, the Registrar, BRA Bihar University, Muzaffarpur which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
