The present writ petition has been preferred: for direction to the concerned authorities to make payment of compensation for the land acquired for the widening of National Highway 2 by issuing award notice under section 3(G) of the National Highway Act, 1956 by withholding the making payment of compensation to the wrong claimant i.e. private respondent.

3. As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14284 of 2015(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 liberty is granted to approach the Competent Authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
