JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Prosecution case is that 540ml. of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the accused persons. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
