JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondents No. 5 to 7 for removing the construction in public land (Anabad Sarv Sadharan) and issuance a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to not construct any type of hut in the future in the public land and/or may be pass other and further

Patna High Court CWJC No.6730 of 2014(4) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 order which the petitioner is entitled to."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
