3. On the previous occasion i.e., 25.06.2025 also nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. This Court had adjourned the matter with a clear observation that if on the next date also nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner then the Court may consider dismissing this writ application for nonprosecution. Despite the previous order dated 25.06.2025, again no one has appeared today to press the writ application.
