From Annexure-A to the show cause it appears that the order of this Court has been complied with inasmuch as a reasoned order has been passed by the authority concerned.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the contempt application cannot proceed. The petitioner will have a liberty to challenge the order passed by the competent authority, if so advised, in accordance with law.
