The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2022 in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.171 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30, 30(a), 30(b) , 33 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. There is recovery of 400 litres of country made liquor from the field of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has one antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 01.04.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Exclusive Special Judge, Saran in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30312 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 Dariyapur P.S. Case No.171 of 2022 .

The petitioner will visit Dariyapur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
