The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016, registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I Class, Purnea The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits admittedly petitioner is the husband of the deceased, daughter of the informant, who committed suicide due to family dispute. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
