JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that in view of Annexure-„B‟ to the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 3 and 4, this contempt application has become infructuous, however, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to seek her remedy against Annexure-„B‟ before an appropriate court in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the University as well as learned counsel for the State are present.
