JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- I. For command and directing the respondents for payment of retirement benefits and other consequential benefits and other consequential benefits attached to the post like (i) Group Insurance with 121⁄2 % compound interest U.G.C. revised salary differences as Readers Scales (14940) from 1.1.1996 to December, 2005 for the fixation of pension 6n 66400/- that is fixed by fixation pension cell, which amount has been related to J.P.

University, Chapra and, (i) D.A. difference of salary w.e.f.

01.01.1986 to December, 1989.

(ii) I.R. from June 1983 to Dec. 1985.

92 with 9% interest.

(iv) H.R.A.

(v) Group Insurance with 121⁄2% compound interest amount, which has been related to B.B.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

II. And/or for any other relief/reliefs to the petitioner for which he may be entitled to in the eye of law.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of four weeks from today before the Respondent No. 5 and the Respondent No. 5 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, failing which the said authority shall be visited with penal consequences.
