Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4991 of 2022.

It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that similarly situated co-accused Sandeep Kumar who has got five criminal antecedents, has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2060 of 2022. Petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33491 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 13th, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 542 of 2020.
