2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 365, 366, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant has alleged that on 02.03.2022, her daughter and grand daughter went with her son-in-law Rakesh Thakur to see a fair, but they did not return and still missing.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34237 of 2024(3) dt.08-08-2024 2/3 She has further alleged that after 8 days of the alleged occurrence, only her son-in-law came and on being asked by informant, he did not give proper reply of whereabout of informant's daughter and grand daughter and thus, informant suspects that her daughter and grand daughter (uruh) might have been killed by co-accused Rakesh Thakur and these petitioners, who are close family members of co-accused Rakesh Thakur.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that from bare perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that specific accusation is against co-accused Rakesh Thakur, who is already in custody. So far as these petitioners are concerned, they have been implicated in this case merely because they happen to be close family members of co-accused Rakesh Thakur. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kishanganj /
