The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the allegation made in the FIR is that the petitioner assaulted with dab (a sharp cutting weapon) on the person of the informant, but the learned Session Judge, in the impugned order recorded that it would be manifest that the injury on the person of the informant was found to have been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.989 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 caused by hard and blunt object, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
