University and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

Petitioner retired from the post of In-Charge Principal from H.R. College, Mairwa (Siwan) under Jai Prakash University, Chapra w.e.f. 31.07.2016. Petitioner in the present writ application claims group insurance with 12 1⁄2 % compound

Patna High Court CWJC No.9345 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 interest, D.A. difference of salary w.e.f. 01.01.1986 to December, 1989, I.R. from June, 1983 to 1985, D.D.A. from April 1985 to December, 1985, D.D.A. amount from 01.01.1990 to October, 1992 with 9% interest, H.R.A. and M.A. and Group Insurance with 12% compound interest.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5, the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra and the respondent no. 7, the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur regarding his claims under different heads which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner along with admissible interest would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by the respondent no. 5 and 7 respectively by reasoned order sent through registered post. Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
