1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "That, this is an application for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to follow the directive passed by Mr. Justice T. Meena Kumari,
Patna High Court CWJC No.15832 of 2014(4) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 J. and Mr. Justice Vikash Jain) J decided on 14.9.2011 in L.P.A. No. 1121/2009 commanding them to rehabilitate the petitioners after ascertaining the facts in accordance with law."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
