At the outset, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents directed the petitioner to vacate the premises till 06.04.2016 and, subsequently, the alleged encroachment has also been removed. 3.

In that view of the matter, in the opinion of this Court, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of, accordingly.
