JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this petition is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ / writs, order / orders, direction / directions to respondents for making the Primary School Bhawan on the place of Khata No.

79, Plot No. 66/409 Area 1.72 Acre of the Mauja where the place of land for School Bhawan was selected, recommended by

Patna High Court CWJC No.129 of 2015(4) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 Anchaladhikari, School Committee and also passed by Gram Sabha of Panchayat on undisputed land and money for Bhawan and boundry has also already allotted by the Govt. and put in the account of School in the Bank but unnecessary the another place of land for school Bhawan is recommended by the present Anchaladhikari, Mukhiya and others without consent of School Committee and without passed by Gram Sabha of Panchayat on disputed land illegally and further the respondents and authority concerned be directed to consider the matter of the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
