A bare perusal of the order dated 18.03.2013 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 3838 of 2013 would show that this Court has only granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Collector, Samastipur for early disposal of the representation in accordance with law. There is no mandamus of the Court.

This contempt application cannot proceed. It is accordingly, dismissed.
