1. During the course of arguments, the Learned Senior counsel Shree N.K. Agarwal reported to the Court that the petitioner intends to file an appropriate representation before respondent No. 4/ i.e. the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Bhabhua, Bihar for release of the balance amount of Rs. 22,54,357- out of the earlier claimed amount of Rs. 39,92,534/-, (a sum of Rs. 17,38,177/ has already been paid) which is stated to be due to the petitioner. Accordingly, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9495 of 2023(9) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 petitioner seeks a direction for consideration of the said representation and payment of the said amount.

2. Having regard to the submissions made, and without entering into the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the aforesaid authority within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In turn, the concerned authority shall consider the same in accordance with law after ensuring that all relevant documents are available on record, and shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

3. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.

4. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
