Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Naubatpur P.S. case no. 349 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148,149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing fire arm injury to the son of the informant who is dumb and deaf.

The injury report of the son of the informant has been annexed as Annexure 5 to the bail petition, wherein, the doctor has found lacerated wound over right thigh. Patient was referred to P.M.C.H. ,Patna.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for
