JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-03-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the State. No one appeared on behalf of the respondent-Railway. The petitioner claims himself as the land loser pursuant to the acquisition of the land for the use of the respondent-Railway. It is stated that the respondent-Railways has formulated a guideline to provide job in addition to payment of compensation to the land-losers like the petitioner, of course subject to fulfillment of certain conditions. In the light of the resolution/guidelines of the Railways, some writ petitions filed in this Court have been disposed of. He relies in this regard on an order passed by this Court contained in annexure-6. It is thus stated that the writ application be disposed of permitting the petitioner to

Patna High Court CWJC No.15830 of 2013 dt.30-03-2016 2/2 agitate his grievance with respect to the job in the railways to the petitioner or anyone in his family in the light of the decision/resolution of the respondentrailways also the order passed by this Court. Having heard the parties, the application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to agitate/raise his grievance as raised in this application before the General Manager, East Central Railway, Hajipur(respondent no.3). If any such application is filed, it is expected the same shall receive due consideration and disposal in accordance with law, as quickly as possible, preferably within 04 months from the date of filing of the application/representation along with a copy of the present order.

Be it noted this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner.
