The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 12.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24048 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2658C/2013, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Bettiah, West Champaran. The petitioner was to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 12.10.2017 and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in time and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62055 of 2017 (2) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 petitioner prays for further four weeks' time so that the petitioner could surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 12.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24048 of 2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
