Petitioner is in custody in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019 for the offence under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)a,26/35 of the Arms Act and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner submits that in the instant case total 264 liters of liquor was seized from a Bolero vehicle.

Learned counsel submits that from the possession of the petitioner it is alleged that live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 17.2.2019.

Case No. 48 of 2019.
