The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i) To issue an appropriate writ, preferably in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order bearing Memo No. 1078 dated 26.11.2014, issued under the signature of the Managing Director, Munger-Jamui Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been ordered to be

ii) To issue an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to discharge his duties as Co-operative Manager in the Munger-Jamui Central Co-operative Bank Branch, Munger, till attaining the age of 60 years with all consequential benefits.

iii) To hold and declare that the proposed relieving of the petitioner from the Munger-Jamui Central Cooperative Ltd Bank, Branch Munger vide order dated 26.11.2014, is illegal since it doesn't have approval of the Board of Directors."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, he may be give liberty to approach the respondent authorities for payment of outstanding dues, if any.
