The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 127/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/307/323/379/ 337/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

27 persons have been named in the FIR and the specific allegation of firing is against other co-accused persons. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. They are simply members of mob.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the bail application of these petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 127/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
