ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2025 On 22.11.2024 there was no representation for the petitioner and as a last indulgence, the matter was directed to be listed on 07.01.2025. On that day also there was no representation for the petitioner. However, it was reported by Shri Surendra Kumar Mishra that the Learned counsel for the petitioner is not well and he is admitted in hospital and sought for an adjournment with the rider that the matter shall be argued on the next date of hearing, otherwise, it will be dismissed for default. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on today i.e. 14.02.2025 and today also there is no representation for the petitioner, therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
