JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 206 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-498A, 304B, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are parents in law whereas petitioner No. 3 is Devar of the deceased. From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. In such circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners named above in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
