The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S.Case No.203 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that the stolen Tractor and other vehicles were recovered from the house of the co-accused and he has named the petitioner and other accused persons. They have purchased the vehicles after denting- painting and also changing the physical shape of the stolen vehicle and sold the vehicle to the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered form his possession and he has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and considering the nature of the allegation, this is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail rather let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
